When you fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, the role you select (business donor, individual donor, teacher, or other), and any message you write. We do not require this information to browse the Site.

Teacher supply requests

The Supply Bridge does not collect or store teacher supply requests directly. Requests are posted on DonorsChoose (donorschoose.org), a third-party platform with its own privacy policy and terms. Any information you provide there is governed by DonorsChoose's own policies, not this one.

Cookies and tracking

This Site does not currently use cookies or third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

Data retention

We retain contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, after which they may be deleted.

Children's privacy

This Site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Teacher supply requests are made through DonorsChoose, not this Site, and do not involve students directly.

You can contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, or to request that we delete it, subject to any recordkeeping obligations we may have.
